The Catalan Parliament vote in the media

On Thursday, January 16th, the Catalan Parliament voted to seek the right to hold a referendum on independence, and over the next few days the international media reported extensively on this event.  We would like to draw your attention to a few examples below of articles that reported from a relatively neutral standpoint.
